This privacy policy applies to Metro's software and services provided by The Uptick Network Limited. The client software of Metro in this privacy policy may involve different application versions. Users need to choose the software version that matches the installed mobile phone. The functions and services provided by different versions of Metro may be different.

Our company is well aware of the importance of personal information to you and will do its best to protect your personal information safely and reliably. Our company is committed to maintaining your trust in our company and abiding by the following principles to protect your personal information: the principle of consistency of rights and responsibilities, the principle of clear purpose, the principle of choice and consent, the principle of minimum sufficient use, the principle of ensuring safety, the principle of subject participation, the principle of openness and transparency, etc. At the same time, our company promises that our company will take corresponding security protection measures in accordance with the mature security standards of the industry to protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by the MetroAPP platform developed by The Uptick Network Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Services" or "our Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to your access to the MetroAPP platform and/or logging into the client to use the services provided by Metro.

This Privacy Policy applies to all our services. In addition, for certain specific services, we will also formulate specific privacy policies to more specifically explain how we collect, process, store, use and protect your information in that specific service. The privacy policy of the specific service constitutes a part of this Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between the privacy policy of the relevant specific service and this Privacy Policy, the privacy policy of the specific service shall apply.

This Policy does not apply to information collected by other third-party services ("other third parties", including but not limited to your transaction counterparty, any third-party website and third-party service provider) accessed through our services. We do not assume any responsibility for the actions and consequences of the aforementioned third parties using your personal information. We only collect and use necessary information.

You understand and agree that: In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As we may launch new or optimized functions from time to time, we may need to collect and use new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. In this regard, we will explain to you the purpose, scope and use of the corresponding information by updating this policy, pop-up windows, page prompts, etc., and provide you with a way to choose consent on your own, and collect and use it after obtaining your explicit consent.

(II) Travel guidance and inquiry services:

In order to provide users with accurate travel guidance and reminder services, such as route planning, arrival reminders, etc., we may obtain information related to the location of your device, including itinerary information, precise positioning information, longitude and latitude, your authorized GPS location, and WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base station sensor information.

 

(III) Display of product or service information

During your use of our services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product adaptability, and provide you with page displays and search results that better meet your needs, we may collect your usage and store it as network log information, including:

- Device information: We will receive and record information about the device you use based on your specific operations during software installation and/or use, which may include: hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, software list-only device identification code (such as IMEl/android ID/IDFAVOPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc., which describes the basic situation of personal commonly used devices).

- Service log information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as service logs, including browsing, clicking to view, search queries, favorites, as well as IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, access date and time.

(IV) Ordering and Order Management

When you order specific goods and/or services from our products and/or services, we will generate an order for you to purchase the goods and/or services through the system. You can share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide. When you use the above functions, we will collect service log information including your "wants to watch" and "follow" relationships, sharing history, etc. to achieve the above functions and other purposes we clearly inform you of.

 

(VII) Providing you with message notification services

In order for you to use the services we provide safely, conveniently, timely and accurately or to understand our latest operating service dynamics, in the process of providing services to you, for your contact information (for example: system notification/mobile phone text messages) provided by you in the process of using our products and/or services, we may send you multiple types of notifications through one or more of the contact information you have provided, for user message notification, identity verification, security verification, order status update, new followers, etc.

 

(VIII) Other additional services

In order to provide you with the services you choose to use, or to ensure the quality and experience of the services, you may need to authorize the operating system permissions to open. If you do not agree to authorize the App to obtain relevant operating system permissions, it will not affect your use of the basic business functions we provide (except for the necessary operating system permissions that the basic business functions rely on), but you may not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by the additional services. You can view the status of permissions item by item in your device settings or our client settings, and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time.

 

(IX) Permission Application

The above functions may require you to authorize us to use device ID information (obtain device ID to push asset change notifications to you), album (update personal avatars), storage (cache text, pictures, etc. to make page traffic smoother), location information (recommend nearby activities), etc. in your device. You have the right to refuse or cancel authorization; to achieve the collection and use of information involved in these functions.

Please note that when you turn on these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use these personal information to achieve the above functions. When you turn off permissions, you cancel these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, and we will not be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to turn off permissions will not affect the processing of personal information previously based on your authorization. In addition, we may also require you to turn on other access permissions for your device in related business functions.

If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to Metro. If it involves personal information of minors, you must obtain the consent of the corresponding guardian of the minor before publishing. In the above circumstances, the guardian has the right to contact us through the means of Article 8 of this Policy to request correction or deletion of content involving personal information of minors.

If we use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or we actively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your consent in advance.

Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent. You fully understand and agree that we do not need your authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, and information request:
- Related to national security and national defense security;
- Related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
- Related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
- For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals’ major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
- Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own;

- Necessary according to the signing and performance of relevant agreements or other written documents with you;
- Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling product and/or service failures;

If we cease to operate Metro products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold related to the discontinued business. If it involves the personal information of minors, we will promptly inform the minors' guardians of the cessation of operations.

 

3. How our company uses similar technologies

In order to ensure the stable operation and function realization of our client, so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, our applications will embed the SDK of authorized partners or other similar applications.

We will conduct strict security tests on the application program interface (API) and software tool development kit (SDK) that authorized partners use to obtain relevant information, and agree with authorized partners on strict data protection measures to process personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

 

4. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

Respecting and protecting your privacy is the basic principle of the Metro platform. We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations and individuals other than Metro platform service providers, except in the following circumstances:


- Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
- Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, the needs of litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
- Sharing with Affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with our Affiliates to facilitate our joint provision of services to you based on associated accounts, or to protect the personal and property safety of Metro platform affiliates or other users or the public from infringement. We will only share necessary personal information (e.g., to facilitate your use of our affiliates' products or services using Metro platform accounts, we will share your necessary account information with affiliates). If we share your sensitive personal information or our affiliates change the purpose of using and processing personal information, we will ask for your authorization again.
- Sharing with Authorized Partners: Some of our services will be provided jointly by us and authorized partners only for the purposes stated in this policy. We may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for legitimate, justifiable, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary to provide services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for other purposes unrelated to products or services.

When communicating, trading or sharing with others through the service, you can choose the person you contact on your own. Please properly protect your personal information and provide it only when necessary. If you find that your account or password has been leaked, please contact us immediately.

Please share your information with caution, especially when sharing publicly, to avoid exposing personal sensitive information. Use complex passwords to enhance account security. We will do our best to protect the security of your information, but if there is a loss caused by data leakage or tampering, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

We will regularly update and publish security risk assessment reports, and you can obtain relevant content through Metro platform announcements.

If an information security incident occurs, we will notify you of the details, impact and response measures of the incident as required by law, and provide preventive suggestions. We will inform you by email, phone, notification, etc., issue an announcement when necessary, and report the handling of the incident to the regulatory authorities.

 

6. How you manage your personal information

You can access and manage your personal information in the following ways:

You have the right to manage your personal information, except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information by yourself in the following ways:


- Account information - If you want to access or edit the personal information in your account, you can log in to your account through the Metro platform mobile client to perform such operations.
- Search information - You can access your search history.
- Order information - You can view your order records, transaction records, etc. on the Metro platform.

If you cannot access such personal information through the above path, you can contact the Metro platform customer service.

(II) Delete your personal information

You can delete some of your personal information through the methods listed in "(I) Access your personal information".


- If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
- If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
- If our handling of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;
- If you no longer use our products or services;
- If we permanently stop providing you with products or services.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.

(III) Account cancellation by the subject of personal information

Account cancellation process: You can apply to cancel your account through Metro customer service phone +85246893992. Unless there are special circumstances, we will cancel your account within 7 working days after receiving your application.

After you actively request us to cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, or anonymize it. However, if you have unfinished orders or other exceptional circumstances that may affect your ticket purchase rights, we will cancel your account after the above circumstances disappear.

 

7. How we handle personal information of minors

Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. In the case of collecting personal information of minors with parental consent, our company will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.
